If you found your way here to MCP, you’re already on the right path. You already believe that adopting saves lives. You already know that there are millions of homeless animals out there looking for their first chance at a safe home and a loving hand. You’re already searching for the most loyal, best friend you could ask for. A year ago, when I was on the same path, I found not only my soul-dog Kylo, but a family in MCP.

Marta, the founder, puts all her strength and passion for rescuing animals into this EVERY DAY. She treats each animal that is saved as an individual. She advocates for their medical and emotional needs as well as for their protection as if each were her own. And they ARE. Once you are part of MCP, you will always be a phone call away from help, advice, or sometimes just a supportive ear.

After seeing THE MOST PRINCIPLED model of rescue I had ever seen, I was hooked. Volunteering to help with their mission was a must. Every time I can play even the smallest part in a dog finding their forever home, I know exactly what it means. It means two beings finding what Kylo and I get to have every day. LOVE.
