After my best fur friend, Luigi, passed away swiftly and unexpectedly, I was looking to foster a dog to honor his memory. I was a big fan of MCP Rescue’s Instagram account, and all the amazing (under)dogs they commit to saving, so when they posted a super special 100lb pittie named Sho, I filled out an application and the rest is history. I love giving my time and treasure to MCP Rescue because they are committed to giving second chances to so many dogs who might otherwise be looked over due to size, breed, or quirky personality.

They are careful and discerning when choosing the perfect forever home and they always keep their commitment to the dogs. It’s an honor now to be a full fledged Pack Member with my own foster fail, Zola. When you’re a part of the MCP Pack you always have a web of support for you and your adopted animal—it’s amazing!
